Part of being a recognized Firewise USA® site is reporting the ongoing work residents complete each year to reduce their wildfire risks while addressing the areas identified in their community’s wildfire assessment. Every year SC Gardens must submit an annual renewal to maintain our
“in good standing” status.
The deadline is November 2022

Basically, any landscaping work on your property as simple as cleaning the gutters count toward maintaining our Firewise USA recognition.
Remember, hours worked and money spent by individuals on their property count towards your whole community
